We do a pretty good job in the shop in catching mistakes and misprints. When we do, we make sure to tell the customer and credit or not charge them for our mistakes. For those mistakes that slip through the cracks, there are few things to remember when you find one. 2.) If you sold or gave away a misprinted item, we cannot do anything. We will be glad to credit a misprint, but we need the item back. 3.) We will not credit items for the following reasons: You didnt like how the art turned out on the shirt. We always send a proof for you to approve if we work on the art, when you approve the proof, you confirm that it is what you want on the garment. If you end up not liking the color scheme. location or something else that you had control over, we cannot credit it back. If you send us screen ready art that is wrong and we print it, we are not liable for the art being wrong. We try to catch things that are out of place or does not look right, but we cannot be at fault if we don't. 4.) Dye Migration and wash out - Dye migration occurs when dye from the fabric transfers to the plastisol ink causing the ink to turn a different shade. The most pronouced colored garment that this happens on is red or maroon. 100% cotton garments resist this for the most part but, with blends, it is a major problem. If you are dead set on having red or maroon 50/50 shirts with white ink, there is a chance your white ink will turn pink. We mainly press 100% cotton for this reason. 5.) If you just want to get out of your order after you have already committed to it, don't bother. However, we are reasonable, if something went horribly wrong and you find out you don't need the shirt order after all, call us and see what we can do. If we havent printed the ordert yet, you may be able to get out of it with just a 15% restock fee. Sometimes if it is early on in your order, the garments may not be pulled at our wqarehouse yet and you can get out without a restock fee. Any art charges that occured however must be paid in full. |
